Bella will be shaken by vomiting and dizziness after a while and the situation will start to increase. As a result of vomiting and dizziness, Bella suspects she is pregnant. Facing the mirror, Bella begins to cry when she sees the swelling in her abdomen. Later, Bella calls the doctor, Carlisle, and begins to explain her situation.

The doctor says that the woman is pregnant. The honeymoon made due to this event ends early. The baby that is in the belly of Bella during her pregnancy is neither a vampire nor a human. For Bella, this process will turn into an adventure.
